Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SwishTelecoms Canada’s internet and VoIP services. SwishTelecoms is a trading name of Swish World Group Inc., a corporation incorporated in Canada.

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service.

3. Services

SwishTelecoms provides wireless broadband and optional VoIP services delivered via plug-and-play hardware. All services are billed on a month-to-month basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Billing and Payments

• Plans renew automatically on your monthly billing date.
• Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle.
• All payments are non-refundable. No credits or pro-rated refunds are issued for early cancellation or service interruptions.
• Applicable taxes for your province or territory will be added.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service or violate our Acceptable Use Policy. SwishTelecoms may suspend or terminate service in cases of policy violations, unlawful use, or network abuse.

6. Equipment

Each plan includes a TP-Link SwishRouter, and Plus/Max plans may include a Yealink DECT phone. You must keep provided equipment in good condition and return it if your service ends, unless your plan specifies that you own the hardware.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.

8. Disclaimer

SwishTelecoms does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for outages, disruptions, or data loss outside of our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, SwishTelecoms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or service availability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
